Basen na dachu pozwalał się schłodzić a na tej samej ulicy jest basen miejski gdzie za 5 Euro można było popływać 2 godziny. Także dużo fajnych, przystępnych cenowo knajpek w okolicy

klimatyzacja jest automatyczna, nia da się jej skręcić na małą moc więc jak wieje w nocy na łóżko to rano bolą zatoki. Na szczęście okno nie było na ulicę więc można było je otworzyć i spać przy otwartym oknie

The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are well designed, comfortable and very clean and, important during a Madrid summer, the air conditioning is easy to operate and efficient. The roof top pool is a real bonus after a hard day trekking in the city sunshine. The location is close to two line 5 metro stations and only 10 minutes walk to Plaza Mayor, the heart of Madrid and there are numerous bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk of the hotel.

La chambre située côté route et un grand chantier juste en face, très bruyant. La porte de chambre n'est pas insonorisée, on entend tout le va et vient et les conversations du corridor. La piscine s'apparente plus à une pataugeoire avec des chaises sur une dalle en béton en plein soleil, pas du tout accueillant. Rapport qualité prix pas bon

The best thing about this hotel is definitely its location in Arganzuela; it’s a wonderful neighborhood to base yourself in Madrid.

The stay itself was a bit hit-or-miss. The cleanliness wasn't the best, and the beds weren't particularly comfortable, though they did the job for just one night. My biggest issue was the shower, as the water temperature kept fluctuating drastically between hot and cold (maybe because other rooms were using it at the same time?). Also, the AC was freezing; it was running way too high, and I couldn't manage to warm up the room even after turning the temperature up on the thermostat. I didn't get a chance to try the pool or the breakfast, so I can't comment on those. Overall, it's okay for a quick crash pad because of the location, but it needs some maintenance.

Great location, easy to walk to all areas of Madrid. Little supermarket just up street, handy to buy food and necessities. Pool in the roof was small but good to cool off. Pool towels provided. Buffet breakfast had plenty to choose from. Good it had a safe.

I was impressed before we had even checked in. One of the two English people in front of us was a young teenager who wanted to use her Spanish and the receptionist let her do so, eventually gently correcting some of her mistakes. That shows customer care to me. Our room was on the 4th floor overlooking the main road. However, such was the insulation we had no traffic noise AT ALL. The air con was very quiet as well and we could let it run at night without disturbing us. We have never had, in 25 years of travelling, such a superb buffet breakfast. A wide selection of fruits, meats, cheeses and also fried items with croissants, pain au raisin,bread, cake and all topped up regularly. Juices, teas, coffees, cereals, milk - including oat milk if you are dairy free and so on. Couldn’t fault it. The location is superb. You don’t need a travel card as you are with 10 minutes of the main area including Calle Bahai which is loaded with excellent tapas bars. Miss this hotel and you will be the loser.
