Was kept awake by a hotel party from 10:30pm-5:30am. The hotel is not equipped for proper phone transferring/holding so I could report these matters and I was informed I would need to come down if I would like to speak to anyone at the front desk to report it.The only thing the hotel could do was to inform them of noise complaints. Nothing else was done
I really like the atmosphere as I entered and the lobby space was a plus. Nice clean rooms!! The benefit of having access to shopping right around the corner sold me on a definite return stay in the future!!!

When I ask a late check out, reception has no idea. From 11:00 to 15:30 is USD57.
The front desk attendants at check-in were not very welcoming.
The only complaint was my request for a high floor and a view of the water were not met. Everything else was great.

We reserved two rooms but they said Hotels.com only sent resy for one room. This happened at another hotel a week ago. Check in took forever but fortunately the hotel had another room available.
