The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food at the restaurant was delicious! We also rented a cabana by the pool, it was very relaxing.

Our A/C stopped working in the room and it got pretty hot, but maintenance was able to fix the problem very quickly

We arrived late and left early. Stayed here because it was convenient. It looked like it had a lovely pool, but we didn't take advantage of it. The room was nice, but nothing fancy.

Property is very beautiful, smells wonderful, and is very clean. Close to Disney as well!

Bed was a bit too firm for my liking (not everyone will want a softer bed so that’s not on the hotel at all) and either the walls are paper thin or the door is. It was luckily early morning when we were already up that we could hear neighbors (talking at a normal volume), but it was clear as if they were inside our room. Thank goodness they weren’t up partying into the night ;)
