The Village of Loon Mountain

Great location. Unit was clean, great space for the price.

The check out procedures are a bit annoying. You have to strip all of the beds and bag up all linen in these tiny laundry bags they provide, plus take out all trash and run the dishwasher and be out by 10am (tiny bit early when you have to do all this imo). This wouldn't bother me, but they also leave an envelope for a tip for housekeeping when they dont stop in at all during your stay (I didn't care about this) and they are left a unit that is mostly cleaned

The location was great to the mountain and the memories I got to build with my son were great.

The king size bed was hard as a rock, the property was a thick sheet of ice not properly maintained and I had to ask that the handicap spot be salted and cleaned up. The entrance to the fitness center for the pool is in a back building that you cannot just drive up to, you must then walk through either the lobby and then down a path too outside or park in front of the main building and walk around it down a path to the next building in freezing weather. We parked and went through the lobby and when we returned the lobby had closed therefore we were locked out and had to walk all the way back around to get to our vehicle in treacherous ice on property on the ground and falling from above!! Check in isn’t until 4pm and that’s pretty late for people traveling. The couch/bed is so hard it needs updating badly. We received blankets that were all stained. All in all sleeping was poor. I had hoped for 1 smart tv to be able to log into and stream my own channels but we just got the local channels. A small room fan would have been a plus as well. My son is autistic and needed one to sleep. Online stated they had fans, I did not find one.

Very comfy and spacious. I liked having a little living room and a table.
