Ausstattung Bad könnte allenfalls verbessert werden, wenig Hacken zum Aufhängen von Taschen/Kleider, aber dies ist sehr pingelig.

C’est un établissement qui mérite 4 étoiles : bien Situé par rapport au lieu à visiter à grande terre, beaucoup de charmes autour de son superbe moulin, magnifique jardin exotique entourant les bungalows, très bien éclairé le soir ++, bungalows confortables, un personnel très agréable, des prestations conformes aux 4 étoiles, qualité des produits en restauration, qualité du service au restaurant qualité des services en général excellents petits déjeuners , belle Piscine, spa

Des petits détails agaçants : pas de tablette support dans la douche, une porte de salle de bain qui se fermait toute seule, un coffre mal placé avec ouverture qui interdisait un accès facile, pas patère au mur dans la chambre à l’entrée, manque de cintre dans le placard et enfin pas d’obligation de se doucher avant l’entrée dans la piscine

The hotel is a paradise on this planet. The place invites you, in every sense, to relax, forget stress, and immerse yourself in nature. The staff is very friendly and always responds with a smile. The cleanliness is impressive, and its location is unique—set in a privileged spot surrounded by a genuine natural environment.

Pool area service: most of the time, the waiting time is very long, especially on weekends when there is a higher influx of guests. Be prepared to wait for a long chair to rest for ages!!! The chairs at the swimming pool are not enough to cover all guests’ needs… Spa: it is practically nonexistent. A hotel of this category cannot operate with only one or two staff members during high season to provide the various services offered on its menu. I had to leave the hotel and go to Saint François to get a massage, even though I stayed for 9 days…. When I asked about it, I was told I needed to book at least 5–6 days in advance—this is unacceptable. Restaurant and bar: the bar menu is limited, and most of the time the response was “there’s no more.” The restaurant does not offer many options, especially for people with dietary restrictions. I don’t eat fish because I’m allergic, and there should be at least some other alternative options available. Yoga classes: they are held in front of a pond with stagnant, foul-smelling water. I think the surroundings should be improved to enhance the experience. Room cleaning: rooms are cleaned at 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. I had to leave the room (because I was woken up, obviously) to avoid the noise associated with cleaning tasks. This is an adults’ only hotel. What were kids doing there?
