Please note: The units offered for rental through Luxury Suites International at The Signature are hotel-condominium units owned by individuals. The rental of these units is not handled by The Signature Condominiums, LLC, which is the company that manages the shared access and amenity areas of The Signature at MGM Grand property. All inquiries regarding this rental must be directed to Luxury Suites International customer service. The card will be authorized for USD 100 per day or USD 300 (whichever is less) as Incidental/Damage Deposit; if the limit is reached, additional authorizations may occur. The hold is released upon departure and can take 3-7 business days to reach Domestic card holders and up to 30 days for International card holders. Failure to authorize card will result in guest being denied access to suite. Refunds will not be provided. A fully refundable incidental deposit will be required upon arrival for possible damages. An adult of 21 years of age must be present at check-in. Please note: Guests receive 1 free parking spot per reservation. Please note: An additional tax will be applied to the resort fee and this tax is not included in the booked rate. Please contact Luxury Suites International at The Signature for further information. A taxable resort fee will be charged on day of booking and includes the following: - Wi-Fi - valet parking (for one vehicle) - access to 2 on-site fitness centers - in-room coffee - daily newspaper in hotel lobby - toll-free local phone calls - access to MGM Grand Pool Complex Valet parking is based on availability. Please note that units are only cleaned after guest departure. The pool areas at the Signature remain open daily. Mylar Products like Balloons, ribbon and confetti are not permitted on property Kitchens and Kitchenettes are not stocked. Additional Housekeeping services including delivery of towels and stay over cleanings are available for additional costs.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Super Aufenthalt am Las Vegas Boulevard"

Wir hatten die Junior Suite für 4 Nächte gebucht. Wie waren in Tower 2 untergebracht. Die Größe der Suite war in unserem Fall für 3 Personen völlig ausreichend. Wir hatten 1 Kingsize-Bett sowie eine Schlafcouch, die gemütlicher war als erwartet. Dennoch würde ich beim nächsten Mal eine Suite mit 2 Kingsize-Betten buchen. Die Küche war mit ein überschaubaren Grundausstattung versehen. Die Aussicht war super. Wir hatten Blick auf das Rollfeld des in der Nähe gelegenen Flughafen. Durch die große Fensterfront hatten wir eine fantastische Aussicht. Der Las Vegas Boulevard ist ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Wenn man den Weg durch das MGM selbst wählt, dauert es eine gefühlte Ewigkeit bis man wieder raus ist. Der Pool mit dem Lazy River war natürlich das Highlight unserer Tochter. Wie waren Ende August unterwegs und der Pool Bereich war gut besucht aber nicht überfüllt.

Es gibt nur einen Valet Parkservice. Wir sind vor lauter Schreck erstmal wieder los gefahren um unser Auto zu "sortieren", da man nach Abgabe keinen Zugriff mehr auf das geparkte Auto hat. Haben uns die nächsten Tage aber schnell dran gewöhnt. Ob Trinkgeld geben bei der Fahrzeug Übernahme erforderlich ist konnten wir nicht erkennen, hatten es aber jedesmal gemacht.

The room was dingy with old splatters on the walls and hair in the shower and hot tub. They didn’t have the proper fitted sheets on the bed so the mattress cover was exposed with a simple slip of the loose sheet.

We booked a stay at Luxury Suites International at The Signature and were extremely disappointed. From the start, the room was in unacceptable condition. The couch had fabric awkwardly draped over the cushions, which we assumed was covering a minor tear. Later that night, we discovered the truth—there was a huge brown stain and what looked like mold growing under the hide-a-bed mattress. Instead of properly addressing the issue, management had clearly tried to cover it up. On top of that, the vanity mirror in the bathroom was broken and literally hanging by its cord, creating an obvious safety hazard. The iron in the closet was burnt and dirty, leaving black marks that ruined our clothes when we tried to use it. To make matters worse, we spent most of our trip trying to deal with these problems through the property management team, only to receive little to no resolution. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we wasted valuable time chasing fixes that never came. What makes this even more disappointing is that we have stayed here many times before with great results, even recommending this facility to family and friends. Sadly, this experience was dishonest, unsafe, and a complete failure of basic hospitality standards. The fact that these conditions were knowingly rented out to guests is beyond unacceptable. Our trip was ruined, and we strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

Card kept deactivating, would have to walk at least 5 minutes after reaching the lobby to get to the MDM lobby to talk to anyone. Main guy was great, went out of his way when arriving late to check us in even after hours.
