Please note: The units offered for rental through Luxury Suites International at The Signature are hotel-condominium units owned by individuals. The rental of these units is not handled by The Signature Condominiums, LLC, which is the company that manages the shared access and amenity areas of The Signature at MGM Grand property. All inquiries regarding this rental must be directed to Luxury Suites International customer service. The card will be authorized for USD 100 per day or USD 300 (whichever is less) as Incidental/Damage Deposit; if the limit is reached, additional authorizations may occur. The hold is released upon departure and can take 3-7 business days to reach Domestic card holders and up to 30 days for International card holders. Failure to authorize card will result in guest being denied access to suite. Refunds will not be provided. A fully refundable incidental deposit will be required upon arrival for possible damages. An adult of 21 years of age must be present at check-in. Please note: Guests receive 1 free parking spot per reservation. Please note: An additional tax will be applied to the resort fee and this tax is not included in the booked rate. Please contact Luxury Suites International at The Signature for further information. A taxable resort fee will be charged on day of booking and includes the following: - Wi-Fi - valet parking (for one vehicle) - access to 2 on-site fitness centers - in-room coffee - daily newspaper in hotel lobby - toll-free local phone calls - access to MGM Grand Pool Complex Valet parking is based on availability. Please note that units are only cleaned after guest departure. The pool areas at the Signature remain open daily. Mylar Products like Balloons, ribbon and confetti are not permitted on property Kitchens and Kitchenettes are not stocked. Additional Housekeeping services including delivery of towels and stay over cleanings are available for additional costs.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Location is good if you plan to walk and see South end of the strip. Monorail access is great to see North end of the strip. Unit/property is run down. Bedroom door wouldn't close. Unit needs a refresh. Fixtures, cabinet knobs, doors, are broken. Elevators are dirty and old.

Absolutely loved that this was one street off the strip, rather than on it. It made transportation so much easier and quicker. Loved the fact it was a non-smoking property unlike all the others. Loved the fact that the room had everything, like a balcony, a full kitchen area, and a massive bathroom with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was really nice, but not properly cleaned. The floors also looked like they hadn't been vacuumed. Everything else was great. The indoor connection to the MGM was awesome and loved that we had access to that hotel's amenities, because their pool was much larger and more lively, not to mention they have a lazy river pool too! The 3 pools at the Signature is cool, but the two that were open were kinda small, and the one that wasn't open seemed like the best one, so that was a bummer. All in all, definitely would like to return again, as the place was beautiful, high-end and convenient.

Disappointing. Furniture was old and tired looking. Carpets were dirty and layers of dust was evident on many surfaces. We requested a room change after one night due to the shower not working properly. This was very inconvenient, as staff at front desk were not able to do this, because when I booked this through Expedia, I did not realise it was booked through a third party, LSI - Luxury Suites International. Spent almost an entire day, contacting LSI via the hotel phone, and hanging around the hotel waiting for LSI staff (LSI do not have their own staff on the property) to come and check the condition of our room, and to confirm that a room change for us was necessary. By this time, it was 3.30pm. Although the shower worked better in the new room, the overall cleanliness and condition of the room was not 4.5 star standard. We have stayed at The Signature on two separate occasions previously, and loved it. This was when the property was newer, owned and managed by MGM Grand. It appears that nothing had been replaced over the years, under the management of LSI. Unfortunately, I can only upload photos on here and not videos. I have better video footage to show the true condition of the junior suite we were given. LSI did try to compensate us with an upgrade to a suite with balcony, and strip view, and the lady who dealt with our complaint was very friendly and helpful. It is very frustrating that no management staff of LSI are on site. All communication was via WhatsApp.

I do not recommend this place, its in 2nd floor not a good view and very outdated. Cleaning service is horrible, room was very dirty when we got there, fridge had a spill and wasnt clean, dust every where, not vaccumed and dirty bathrooms, I asked to be moved to a different suite and they kept me waiting and never happened. I will not rent again with this agency.

Good value for money - walkable distance to strip. Confusing arrangement given it was a “privately owned” suite - conflicting information provided by front desk regarding housekeeping, which is handled separately for private suites. Overall, good.
