Please note that the hotel insurance charge will be COP 11,000 per night per person. According to Colombian Law, all children under 18 years old must present their identity document along with their parents to make the registration at the hotel. If the child is traveling with a different adult, these documents will also be required along with a written authorization document signed by the child's parents. Please note that an advance payment will be requested as a guarantee of the reservation for reservations for more than 3 rooms or more than 7 nights.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
