The Beach Club Resort — Bellstar Hotels & Resorts

The room and balcony were great. The beach view was awesome. The downtown location was good. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff did a great job.

There was a door attached to the room next door and we could hear the occupants in the adjoining room. The pool was great except as we were swimming about 15 unsupervised teenagers came in and they were eating and drinking food in the pool area. They were loud and energetic, but made my 10 year old feel a bit uncomfortable and that kind of made his pool experience not great.

View was great, and beds were comfortable. Bed linens were just right. Restaurant was top notch.

Room was noisy with heating sounds from furnace/fan and affected our sleep. We actually had to go out and buy ear plugs. We didn't know the resort provided ear plugs. The bathroom is way too small, particularly for women. Not enough space for toiletries and make-up. Room is a bit small in order to sit in chairs and watch tv (don't always want to be lying down). (a November trip with rainy weather = staying inside a bit more than expected)

Ocean view, large deck, soaker tub, comfy bed, kitchen facilities and well stocked.

The rooms are a bit cramped and not as up to date as the ones we have stayed in previously.

Lovely hotel right on the beach. The ocean view from my hotel room balcony was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast I had in the hotel dining room were tasty and the atmosphere relaxing. All and all a first rate stay.
