"Schlechter Kundenservice bei Reklamationen"

Die Lage ist gut! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden im Umfeld wie auch Supermärkte und Restaurants. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung gewesen und sauber gewesen. Das Personal beim Check in war professionell.

Bedauerlicherweise wollte das Personal Vorort keine kritischen Informationen aufnehmen bzw. es hat abends keinen interessiert, dass der Pool, Hot Tap eisig kalt war. Zusätzlich war das Wasser im Badezimmer eisig Kaktus gewesen. Auf schriftliche Reklamationen über Booking wurde nicht reagiert.

The bed was comfortable

Elevator broke 74 year olds traveled 3 floors with heavy bags with no help from the only employee who left the front desk with 6 groups of people trying to check in. Spa & pool closed due to contamination Zero soundproofing w/large breed dog barkingUNACCEPTABLE!!!
