The breakfast

Very disappointing experience. The hotel hosted a large group of students during our stay and the noise at night was unbearable. Shouting, running in the corridors, and doors slamming continued late into the night, making it impossible to sleep properly. What made the situation worse is that the rooms are very poorly soundproofed, you can hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. The most disappointing part was the hotel’s response afterward. Instead of acknowledging the poor management of the situation, they simply stated that they were “not responsible for other guests’ behavior.” A hotel is still responsible for maintaining a minimum level of calm and comfort for its guests, especially when hosting large school groups. The swimming pool was also closed in May despite temperatures around 26–27°C. While this may have been mentioned beforehand, it still felt disappointing during the stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for rest and quiet.
