Recepcikusta poco amanle y CAMCELSRON MI RESERVACION, a las 10 om tuve quenirme a otro jotel despues de manejar todl el dia

Pros - clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice pool, few minutes walk from the water and less than 15 minutes walk to Malecon. Quiet neighborhood. Cons - internet is mediocre in the rooms and non -existent by the pool or restaurant so no laptop work by the pool. You will also have to walk 10 minutes for bottled water or beer/wine etc.

Estuvimos muy agusto.

We stayed here for one night as part of a birding tour. The hotel is set in a quiet area back from the seafront, with rooms around a pleasant, spacious courtyard with a swimming pool. Our room had a nice wood finish and attractive tiles in the bathroom. The shower heat was excellent and the flow good. A 1,000 MXN deposit is required at check-in. This hotel fully met our needs for our short stay.

Wifi no sirve y no nos ofrecieron nada. Solo dijeron “quizá mañana puedan arreglarlo”

Camas y almohadas cómodas, muy espaciosa, no había crema, solamente shampo y jabón, todo nos gustó mucho, me hubiera gustado que también tuviera una mesa de trabajo. Gracias

La actitud de la recepcionista fué muy grosera, sin ver por la comodidad y satisfacción del cliente. Pudiendo ser flexibles en otorgar 15 minutos para empacar nuestras pertenencias a la hora del check out, decidieron cobrarnos media tarifa del día, con una actitud grosera y prepotente. El hotel estaba casi vacío sin llegadas ese día. Los colchones de la habitación que nos dieron están muy duros y se salen los resortes.

Excellent location, clean. Perfect for traveler not needing extras. Rooms were clean, comfortable. Court area welcoming and easy to read, etc. Staff were friendly.
