- Taxi did not arrive at the airport as booked. - Staff knew little about the area as were "only working there for a couple of months". - Air conditioning was terrible in rooms.

only stayed here b/c we got a good rate and the place looked luxurious from outside. inside has all the trappings of a great hotel, but the little things let it down. the hot tub bubbles don't work. the beds are rock hard. the floors are cracked. everything just felt dilapidated, a hanger actually fell apart in my hands. at one time, probably 10 years ago, i'm sure this hotel was stellar. now, not so much.

- Chambres (Maya Pool) : Moyen. Malgré notre surclassement par rapport aux chambres Deluxe, nous avons été déçus. Nous nous attendions à retrouver le standing d'un 4 étoiles, or cela correspond plutôt à un 3 étoiles assez moyen. Chambres assez grandes mais vieillissantes, au niveau de la déco comme de la propreté. - Equipements : Moyen. Piscine assez petite. Manque d'activités : manque une salle de sport, ou au moins une table de ping-pong… Point positif : les chambres Maya Pool que nous avions donnent accès à une petite piscine privée, à laquelle seules quelques chambres ont accès. - Personnel : Très bien. Souriant et serviable. - Petit-déj : Moyen. Pas énormément de choix, surtout quand on préfère le sucré… Pas de chocolat chaud. - Situation géo : Assez bien. Accès direct à la mer même si le peu de plage à cet endroit n'est pas terrible. Situé à la sortie de Lamai, donc si vous voulez aller souvent dans la rue principale cela réclamera pas mal de marche ou de trajets en songthaew. Nous sommes partis avant la fin de notre réservation car nous étions déçus et avions trouvé bien mieux pour le même budget à proximité.

bodde här i en vecka, låg utanför någon livlig stad, alltså inte ens någon "marknad" utanför, för att komma till chaweng stad kunde man ta taxi för 400baht dit och 400 tillbaka. Förstörde väldigt mycket för oss då de inte fanns någon resturang i området av vårt hotell förutom andra hotellresturanger.. personalen på hotellet va även väldigt otrevliga, ville inte hjälpa till med hur vi skulle ta oss vidare till ön koh tao så vi fick åka med en taxi och betala väldigt mycket överpris tråkigt nog..fick även rummet vid vägen där de körde bilar och mopeder dygnet runt,va väldigt lyhört så svårt att sova på natten..om du ska åka på en "relaxing" semester rekommenderas detta.annars, hitta ett annat boende..

Vi bodde i deluxerum med havsutsikt. Mysigt och med en underbar utsikt, stort och fint rum. En bit till centrum men för 50bath per person så kunde man hoppa på en "tuktuk" och åka in. Ville man gå tog det ca 20 min.

Very beautifull hotel. Wonderful pool and nicely located on the beach. Price is really good for what you get.

Hotel is relatively nice. One big problem is that it is located very close to the main road and if you get a room at the front of the hotel it is very noisey. Restaurant and bar are very expensive in comparison to down town Lamai. Cost 100THB to get to Lamai center with those red buses after bargaining.
