The king sized bed & pillows were nice. The desk staff was friendly & helpful. New carpet & painting appears to be in process.

Stained floors, couldn't unlock our door, missing phone cord, ice machine broken, pool empty & broken, no breakfast, zero extra towels, & poorly lit hallway. Imagine camping, indoors with a nice bed.

Hallways & floors in room were dirty with plaster dust & small pieces all over, stained bedspread, no ice machine anywhere (remodeling was the excuse), extremely limited breakfast options, coffee tasted burnt, door lock was very difficult, VERY DISAPPOINTED in a Wyndham property!

The beds were the only decent part of the stay.

The door was ajar when we arrived, the TV did not work, there were crumbs everywhere as though the room had never been cleaned. Very disappointing.

It’s has bugs in the room on the ceiling. I couldn’t Sleep knowing there are bug's crawling around me. Even In the bathroom. It has big holes in the ceiling of The bathroom too. I was not happy at all.
