The COVE never disappoints.

Our room needed some repairs. Door handle broken on slider, stairwell railings very dirty, and we could have used an elevator as we were traveling with young children and large suitcases. That said, the staff were very friendly and the view of the water was beautiful.

I recently stayed at your hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The room was far below my expectations. My 11-year-old son had to sleep on a sofa that was hard and uncomfortable, and the unpleasant odor in the room made our stay even more intolerable. Additionally, there was no breakfast provided, forcing us to leave the hotel to find a meal elsewhere. To make matters worse, I had booked and paid for a room for the 13th but arrived on the 12th. I requested to use the room since I had already paid, but my request was denied. As a result, I had to pay again and effectively lost a night's stay that I had already paid for. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and accommodations provided. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and indignant, and I expect a prompt response addressing these issues.

Everything!! Outside restaurant with live music was awesome. Pools are great, grounds kept beautiful

We did not like the bed. It was not a queen bed as advertised. We had a terrible night sleep. We were left with sore backs. We are going to stick with rooms with king size beds.
