Sehr netter Gastgeber, der schnell auf Fragen reagierte und sehr ausführliche Hinweise zur An- und Abreise gegeben hat, sowieso Tips für Restaurants. Außerdem gemütliche Betten.

Leider war das Einchecken aufgrund von vorherigen Gästen, die zu spät ausgecheckt haben, erst verspätet möglich.

1. Klimatyczna lokalizacja, jeżeli ktoś lubi taką starą architekturę i czuje klimat tego miejsca; 2. Kontakt z gospodarzem idealny, stale w kontakcie; 3. Świetny zapach w pokoju, jak i na klatce schodowej; 4. Dobrze wyposażony; 5. Ładnie, czysto i schludnie. 6. W sumie to cisza i spokój, okolica tylko wygląda na taką straszną; 7. Klimatyzacja.

W sumie to wieszaków w szafie brakowało do szczęścia haha, ale taki problem to nie problem ☺️

Very spacious flat with two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, clean and neat. Very good location 10 min walking distance away from the biggest tourist attractions. Excellent communication with the host.

Ci è piaciuta la posizione vicina al centro storico di Catania.E sopratutto il sig.Nicola è gentilissimo e disponibile a darti tutte le informazioni sui ristoranti,indicazioni, e posti da visitare. Ci siamo trovati bene e consiglio il suo appartamento sia per la vicinanza al centro storico,sia per la cortesia del titolare.

Il quartiere ,nei dintorni è un po' trascurato ,la pulizia nelle strade non è il massimo.
