Fantastyczny personel, wszyscy bardzo uprzejmi i pomocni. Nie brakowało nam niczego. Pokoje przestronne i czyste.

Parking w podziemiach bardzo mało i wymagający do zaparkowania. Śniadanie bardzo podstawowe, przy większym ruchu brakowało niektórych produktów.

Situación privilegiada, a un paso de todo. Parking pequeño pero parkings públicos muy cercanos. Personal super amable y servicial, me dieron una habitación más grande de la reservada. Camas grandes y cómodas. La terraza del hotel espectacular con unas vistas increíbles.

A nivel de instalaciones y servicios es un cuatro estrellas justito. Los baños son algo anticuados (en mi caso que soy alto, me tenía que agachar para ducharme puesto que la ducha estaba muy baja), y luz en los baños muy tenue. Las instalaciones algo viejas también. Desayuno correcto sin más, muy poca variedad en comparación con otros hoteles que he estado incluso de menor categoría. Había pocas opciones y poca variedad .

Buen hotel, en una ubicación excelente y una habitación muy buena. También estaban muy bien las terrazas que tenía con unas vistas fantásticas a la Alhambra.
