Locally run business with a spacious garden and nice swimming pool ( especially for children). The rooms are a 1x bedrrom flat with a spacious room plus a king size bed, the living room offers a sofa bed and an helpful kitchenette. The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the noisy hotels and the Ayia Napa busy area. You have Makronissos and Landa beaches at walking distance ( 10 minutes ). Very attentive staff and great place to relax.

The breakfast options should vary a bit more, especially when you are staying for a week. The wi-fi and TV settings need upgrading.

This place has the potential to be a 10 but missing attention to detail lets them down Asked for a double bed when I booked and was told yes but was then given a twin room Guests' dogs barking at 6:50am and cleaners hitting your bedroom windows sweeping the porch at 7am when you're on holiday which is the only time you can get some proper sleep - why are they doing this so early in the morning?! Since the doors open to the pool area, it would be much better if there were 2 sets of curtains - 1 clear one, so you can let the light in without people being able to see you directly as people walk all around with their dogs so they can see you into your bedroom and living room directly and there is no privacy. No tea towel for drying your dishes WiFi weak and kept cutting out Bed sheets have a scratchy design/material on them and mine had small blood stains on them Breakfast is a little bit awkward as you can't choose anything, the same thing just gets served to you every day. I normally eat my eggs scrambled not fried but you just get served the one plate every day with 2 fried eggs, 1 sausage, 1 hash brown, 1 piece of bacon without choice as it's all cooked to order rather than self serve. Lots of bugs, flies and spiders in all of the rooms
