Park Hotel Kursaal

È il secondo anno che mio marito ed io veniamo in vacanza. Ci troviamo benissimo. Il personale è meraviglioso, disponibile, gentile e professionale. Tutto lo staff è stupendo, a partire dalle signore che si occupano delle pulizie delle camere, ai camerieri in sala, ai cuochi, alle bariste, agli addetti dello stabilimento balneare, al personale notturno e soprattutto alle ragazze della reception che sono dolcissime e cercano di accontentare i clienti nel modo migliore possibile. L'unica pecca, se così si può dire, è che c è poco cibo romagnolo! Per il resto tutto top!

The location is right on the sea front. Breakfast was reasonably nice for being included in the price.

It was very grubby and the room was tiny. The mattress was like a brick and the air con didn’t work. The view from the tiny room overlooked a roof with litter on it. The pool was full of leaves in the water and around the pool itself. There was damp and water leaking through the walls in the corridors. The hotel informed us they overbooked and we had to move to another hotel round the corner which was actually a blessing. The Kursaal is a 3 start and the hotel we moved to was a 1 star and it was actually better.

Nothing. Dirt everywhere, ANTS in the room, no air condition, I would highly recommend to check the room before paying any money. It doesn’t look as on their website, far from true.Only 1 person was speaking English. Very poor service. They not aloud you to take a glass with drink to the room when 36-40 degrees outside, fridge smells really bad and not cold enough. Now fighting for refund as they don’t reply.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. the swimming pool was an added bonus

the breakfast was a bit rushed and they were trying to get rid of us. I usually like to relax over breakfast and eat slowly. The waiters kept coming over to our table every two minutes to take ours and plates away and ask do we need anything which was a quite irritating. We had to keep saying we havent finished yet.

Location was good. Close enough to Misano circuit.

A bit dated and room was small. Could smell smoke in room from previous quests. I think they should not allow smoking in rooms

Personal was fine! The swimming pool was clean!

Small rooms. Uncomfortable mattresses in the bed.
