Good property near beach. We stayed in grand swiss rooms. Worth for money. Staff in restaurant needs more training on guest hospitality as they are overloaded with their work it seems. Otherwise we had great memories here

Staff and overall stay at Hotel was absolutely amazing. There is really nothing I can fault them on. Jeep up.the good work guys.

Perfect location. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

We had an amazing stay. Resort was in a good and quiet location, with direct access to the beach and the main drag if you want to enjoy the. Ight life. Thank you for the experience Estrela Do Mar.

Great location

Gorgeous hotel just off the beach, beautiful gardens, lovely rooms. Staff are fabulous, can’t do enough to help you. Owner is very friendly. Swiss cottages are amazing! Location excellent.

Upon check in we were forced to pay £130 for the two of us to attend the hotels New Year’s Eve party. I was aware before visiting there was a charge, however dismissed it as I knew we had no intentions of attending. However the hotel would not let us check in without paying for this extra first. We were not the only guests checking in at the time who were disgusted that we were being forced to pay for an event we had no interest in attending. On the positive side the hotel did up-grade our room after the first night as a small token apology. On the negative side because we had paid so much (remember Goa is so cheap) we felt we must attend the party for food if nothing else. No drinks were included in the £130 which is outrageous too. The food was an Indian buffet and not to our liking. Music was Punjabi. Other feedback: - The pool look tired. - If you ask for anything ie beach towel expect to be charged - Even though we had paid for breakfast we had to argue that we had two mornings. - Customer services and management of the hotel are weak and not visible to discuss issues at the time. Summary: I would not stay there again!
