The location cannot be beat, in the middle of many of the attractions. Easy strolling to most of them. A very well kept boutique hotel, comfortable beds, very friendly staff. The rooms are nicely decorated, the bathroom is relatively big, and the separate toilet is perfect for two people.The free filtered water dispenser is a well used resource by many. Hot water, ice water, sparkling water in the hotel, and to take out. A nice touch to make your stay even more enjoyable.

No hook for towel in the shower, kettle rather than Nespresso machine in room

We had an Act III Double room for 4 nights. The hotel is colorful and the staff friendly. The rooms are clean and our room type was surprisingly spacious. We appreciated their environmental commitment and smart tv so we could watch Netflix. We did not get the breakfast. They have mini fridges which was nice. The AC didn't work well so we opened the windows in the morning and evening for cool air, but closed them at night to reduce the noise.
