The beach is beautiful. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The room and grounds were very clean and well maintained. The resort is top rated and deserves it. Oceanfront room on a high floor was perfect. The only negative was the cable signal in the room. It went out often.

First trip to Turks and Caicos for my husband and I, celebrating our 19th Anniversary. Picked Seven Stars based on great reviews. Requested a high floor with a jr suite ocean view & our room did not disappoint. We were greeted upon arrival by reception staff, they took our luggage, gave us a welcome rum punch while we were checked in. We also received nice cold towels to cool off. Daily free breakfast buffet included. Food was great & so was the staff. We were greeted every morning by Chama, Ashley or Nelli. Seven Stars made you feel like a small family, with staff taking the time to get to know you, genuinely. We were waited on by Ricka, who was a doll. It was nice to chat with Lynn at the gift shop. Adrian at concierge was very helpful for booking an excursion or dinner at a restaurant. The beach was AMAZING, pristine beautiful clear. There were enough, palapas (umbrellas) with lounge chairs on the beach & pool. Two main pools; one for adults only, the other for kids & adults. One kids pool. The bar and restaurant in the pool area was great; Robel and Charles were great. Drinks great and refreshing. The housekeeping staff was great.

Beautiful beach! Breakfast offered many choices. Grounds were so clean and maintained well. Service on beach was excellent.
