I had a great time staying at Hotel Bendinat in Mallorca. I booked this on a friends recommendation. I stayed in the "Junior Suite" and was so happy! The view! And the proximity to the water, this is why we come to Mallorca! Truly magical, the little bay that they have for swimming is LOVELY. I'll mention, it did seem like there was a shortage of beach front reclining chairs. That being said, guests can layout their towels on the rock peninsula and be pretty comfortable (although, from what I could tell, this area is open to the public?) I had good service at the restaurant for breakfast and lunch, for dinner, it was a little "tense," I guess reservations for guests are more than recommended, their basically mandatory for dinner during high season. Other than that I was really comfortable, and the front desk staff we're particularly delightful.

They should not aloe guest to book chairs in the beach if they are not there. Restaurant closes to early for breakfast and also the kitchen at nigth. Having in mi d that is a vacacional hotel

I love this location and the staff are so warm and friendly however something has changed and the standard has slipped. Our room 801 was perfect and was of ample size and quality. The cleaners are very thorough and do a great job. The hotel is not cheap so I expect high standards. The pool bar is expensive and almost all of our time here has had one staff member, completely overwhelmed, and everything seems to take ages to come and when it does it’s not great! The breakfast team are lovely people, especially the lady who greets me everyday. But the food in general is poor (apart from fruit and fruit drinks), no one at this hotel knows how to cook an egg. Every cooked breakfast is unseasoned, unloved and it’s beyond me that this kitchen does not know how to cook scrambled eggs…. The produce for cooked breakfast is very low quality. The restaurant is very busy however I have noticed a drop in standards here also when tasting the food. The produce is lower quality and the food seems rushed and a little less high end dining as in previous years. The competition in the area has improved massively and if Hotel Bendinat is to keep its customers they need more staff, better produce and a little more care and attention so that the amazing staff can perform to the standards guests are used too and should expect for the price. I heard new owners have taken over, maybe they should take some time with the team to taste the cooked breakfast especially the eggs, sausage and bacon (very greasy)

At solsengene ble tatt kl. 07 hver morgen. Fikk ikke tilgang til solseng en eneste dag av oppholdet. Dette bør de absolutt få en ordning på. Enkelte av sengene sto ubenyttet inntil 5 timer.
