The ANA Crowne Plaza Narita is a very modern looking hotel with an outstanding art and designed lobby . The reception staff were very friendly and professional in there greeting and service . You were provided with all the information that was required and in no time I was inside my room which was spacious and of excellent cleanliness . They have a convenience store inside the lobby and the breakfast restaurant had a wide range of delicious food . All of the staff that I interacted with were very courteous and kind .

The only problem was that we had to wait one hour at Narita Airport for our courtesy bus . Maybe they could set up a system where you could call the Hotel and advise that you are waiting at the bus terminal .
