Paradise, with fantastic staff who are incredibly attentive and couldn't be more helpful. Concierge was always available and really supportive to book any tours, the snorkelling safari was exceptional.

Considering the price point, to have no half board option made it very expensive vs equivalent resorts. The charge for the boat pick up should be included too.

My husband and I spent 3 fabulous nights at Thalasso resort. The accommodation was superb. The overwater bungalow was quite private with a lounge room, a bedroom with a full glass window over looking crystal clear water and a bathroom over the water as well. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating which made our stay perfect. It was my birthday and they supplied me with a cake and complimentary champagne. I couldn't rate this resort high enough.

Staying in a resort like this was a bucket list item for my Wife and I. The resort was stunning and the staff were incredibly hospitable and welcoming. The Thalasso resort provided exceptional luxury, while being significantly more affordable than the St Regis next door. We were also on our Honeymoon and the hotel team went above and beyond to make our 2 night stay unforgettable, including providing us with a few gifts. I recommend future honeymooners to stay here and consider doing some of the "Romantic Experiences" that they offer in their brochure. The full day lagoon tour is a must-do as well.

The only unfortunate part of our stay was that we had to leave :(
