Hotel Europa

Nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir a séjourner dans cet hôtel, le personnel est très gentil et l’endroit calme . La vue sur le lac est magnifique, à refaire.

Si je devais trouver un petit bémol, un mini bar dans la chambre serait un petit plus ..

Location was amazing. Staff were fantastic. Specially the owner he is so helpful and the new receptionist was lovely

The breakfast was very minimal. No hot food. Parking is not free

Ruhig, direkt am See, alles da, was man braucht. Fahrräder wurden eingeschlossen und morgens auf Wunsch wieder gebracht. Freundliches Personal.

Beautiful view from the room, nice balcony, nice and clean bathroom, toiletries nice quality, room clean as well. Very good located hotel. Super tasty coffee for breakfast, good choice of food, nice quality, including fresh fruits. Super nice ladies, all of them, at the reception, serving breakfast & cleanig ladies:)

Not even 1 bottle of water in the room, which is normal in every hotel especially in summer ( no matter how many stars). Not nice that we could not sit at the pool after check out for even one or two hours which is always ok in other hotels. Here not even negotiable - we were just told no! Seing then that for some time there was nobody at the pool.... well...

Vriendelijk personeel en top locatie - hotel zelf is terug in de tijd maar prima schoon .

Gedateerd zou een upgrade mogen hebben

Perfekte Lage, Parkplätze, hinterm Haus, sehr tolle Inhaber und perfekte Mitarbeiter, sehr hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Für uns gab es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden.

Een geweldig uitzicht op het Luganomeer vanaf het comfortabele balkon. De badkamer was vernieuwd en de bedden sliepen heerlijk. Echt een familiehotel waar je je gelijk thuisvoelt. Ontbijt was lekker en het personeel heel erg vriendelijk. Vanuit het hotel loop je langs de mooie boulevard zo het dorpje in, het is er vrij rustig maar dat is ook weleens lekker. Ze hebben een klein zwembadje waar heerlijk even op een bedje kan relaxen. Voor 10 euro kan je je auto privé parkeren.
