Hotel Prestige

The staff were just amazing and could not do enough for us. They were so polite and friendly and very helpful.

The room was cold. The bathroom sink was constantly blocked. We were woken 3 out of our 6 nights with furniture being moved around the swimming pool which was above our room. Rooms are not sound proofed. And we were in a superior double room....I don't think so. Very disappointed. But as I said, the staff were amazing.

Que dire de cet hôtel… beaucoup de choses, car il ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles… quelques exemples : Dans la chambre : plateau de courtoisie très restreint et bâtonnet pour le café jamais renouvelé Draps jamais changés sur 5 nuits Réfrigérateur non fonctionnel (ne refroidit pas...) Dans la salle de bain (vieillissante) : pas d’articles de toilette si ce n’est un flacon de savon liquide Pas de peignoir, pas de chaussons Chasse d’eau défectueuse A la piscine ; pas de matelas sur les transats et serviettes de bain « à louer » 2€ Petit déjeuner très peu varié, confitures très bas de gamme et personnel très peu présent dans la salle Quant au restaurant il se situe dans une salle peu cosy avec néons et propose globalement des pizzas et des pates

The staff was exceptional from front reception and concierge services, as well as dining and shuttle drivers.

Clean, comfortable and well maintained. The hotel provides a shuttle service which ran on time every day we were there. The staff are fantastic!! Angela, Gilda, Thomas at reception were excellent as was all the catering crew and drivers. Special mention for Fabio who was our driver in our trip to the Amalfi Coast

The only point I would make is the food choices on an evening could be a little more wide ranging, albeit the food we had was good.

Love the view, and the fact they offered the shuttle is an amazing feauture because is very uphill and far from the town to go on foot or too expensive for an uber. and the AC actually works. staff is very helpfull and friendly. specially a young blonde short hair lady, has the night shift. so sweet.

Everything was okay. The hotel was a little bit out of the way but it was beautiful. Great view, shuttle service was great. Would go back.

La vue et la décoration, la propreté, l’accueil. Un snack à des prix corrects. L’hôtel étant situé assez loin de Sorrente, le service de navette de l’hôtel est très appréciable.

Quiet, way up in the mountains, beautiful grounds. They have a shuttle you can prebook to take you close to the piazza however they don't tell you to take the stairs across the street then go right which is a short walk to piazza or take the street by the hotel where you wait and this way you avoid stairs, but it is steep uphill but for me better than stairs. All in all fabulous would definitely stay again!
