The staff, the food, the bed

The toilet didn’t work in my room so I was moved and there was no hot water for the shower in my second room. So I was moved to a third room. Once there the toilet didn’t flush every time there either. The view of the inner courtyard was very unattractive (see photo)

Breakfast was great and just what was needed

Nothing, clean, near the airport and helpful staff

Very worn property, built at least 65 years agp and the bathroom showed it hard to use the shower, the shower curtain could not close completly since the placement of the fauicet did not all it so the floor flooded despite my best efforts to close the curtain, took 2 minutes tofigure out how to flush the toliet since the switch was a hook builtinto the wall in the shower/bath area, carpet old noise came through the door from passing people, no drawer space.

The rooms and corridors desperately need a refurbishment. Very old and dated rooms

Shuttle is paid for not complimentary, they do not mention that.
