Close to airport. Staff was good to organize shuttle.

Bathtub drain was black. Toilet didn't fully flush - had to try a few times. hallway carpet looks dirty, certainly dated. Needs updating.

The location was great for the airport and close to the Hoppa Shuttle Bus - just a couple of minutes walk. Staff were so friendly and responded very quickly and efficiently with any help or advise needed. Comfortable place to stay, excellent breakfast. A very relaxed visit. Great air conditioning given the heat in London at the time if my stay. Parking on site, too - although payment is to company managing the parking.

En los Hoppa Bus no salia el Hotel y tuve que tomar un taxi, por lo menos que avisen por mensaje que el del courtyard sirve, o algún tip
