Close enough to airport. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

Stuck in the 60's. No sockets next to beds for phones, no socket in bathroom for hairdryer. Plumbing, tiles, furniture, beds.... nothing seems to been updated, ever. Bed uncomfortable.

"Comfortable, budget friendly place to stay before an early flight! Will stay again"

The hotel is close to airport, a comfy bed, decent pressure on the shower. Lovely food from restaurant. Smiley happy staff. Would use again if going on a super early flight.

The telly didn’t work properly and we only had one channel. Ended up watching our iPad.

"Did the job but wouldn't stay again"

I was pleased the bathroom had a bath and the room overall felt a good size. Staff were friendly and helpful

The rooms felt tired and a little unclean. The restaurant is extremely expensive. It's hard to get to the hotel from the airport with no dedicated transfer like the other hotels have

"Reasonable hotel but better choices in this area"

Convenient for Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3. Buses run all night from across the road. The Pheasant pub nearby serves very good food but may need to book in advance. Room comfortable.

Staff seemed disinterested. Check in was slow. Bar staff also looked like they were being interrupted when ordering drinks. Probably just poor management as facilities were fine.
