Cape Town Beachfront Apartments at Leisure Bay

Is so impressed!! Die dame wat ons gehelp het, het uit haar pad gegaan om ons te help. Ons wou dit spesiaal gemaak het vir ons dogtertjie. Sy het die kamer opgemaak en dit was perfek gewees en baie spesiaal. Dankie daarvoor. Die uitsig was sooo mooi. Plek is elke dag mooi skoon gemaak. Verseker weer ñ plek wat ons sal bespreek as ons Kaap toe gaan.

Diens was te goed om te kla.

It was a really nice apartment with a great view and location.

Unfortunately we booked a room with single beds and got double beds. So it did not meet our expectations or requirements.

Paying 350 for towels and bedding.??? Paying R 1000 deposit???? All the admin of check in and IDs ???

The views are absolutely out of this world. And the location is close to all important sites to visit and easily accessible. The pool area and beach entrance is absolutely beautiful. The bed was so large we slept really well.

The cleanliness factor, which are just a few things, not everything. The carpet or the house had a strange pungent smell. And the shower, curtain rail etc needed to be cleaned. Maybe relook at using white for towels and pillowcases. But the rest of the place was neat and had all the amenities we needed. The air cooler we didn't use as it sounded a bit strange. Maintenance in terms of painting etc needs to be completed to make it feel like luxury as stated. And the curtains in the bedroom are very light and the sun shines through them very early in the morning when you want to be able to sleep in.

Incredibly bad experience with the reception, was treated as an untrustworthy person from the outset and I ended up refusing to stay even though I lost my money. Would not recommend this venue to anyone and am in fact ensuring that no associate will ever consider this. Highly suggest they rethink their reception policies.
