Close to beach

Our air conditioning was not working and it was a hassle to get it up and running and again. Communication from staff could be improved. Many of the guests staying there were rather rude.

Sin duda el personal, la simpatía, la amabilidad y atención. Te facilitan y ayudan en todo con una sonrisa y comprensión maravillosa. Sin duda es de agradecer el esfuerzo de todo el equipo.

Un hotel enfocado al turismo con un buffet extremadamente grande y de una calidad a mi parecer bastante justa, desde el café hasta las pasta no cumplen lo mínimos por el precio. En la habitación se oye todo y hay música hasta las 00h a un volumen considerable.

Beach area was stunning. Food was excellent, fresh and healthy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was very clean. Staff were available for anything that was needed.

Our room was right above the entertainment area on the ground floor. The entertainment for the evening would start at 9pm and wouldnt end until 11pm which made it very hard to sleep until 11pm. We purchased the Royal Elite package but the room could have been a little bigger and away from the loud entertainment at night from 9pm to 11pm. The view was stunning though.
