Room was dirty. Tv didn’t work. Shower made a very load noise My key was turned off 15 mins before check out. I went to load my car with part of my stuff, went back to the room, my key was lock. I had to ask to give me a new key. I definitely will not stay there again

"was traveling for a weekend trip with some friends. Was woken up at 1:30 in the morning by maintenance. I asked him why"

The pool and Jacuzzi.

Cut my toe on a cracked piece of tile in the bathroom, maintenance woke us up at 1:30 in the morning wearing swim shorts and a superman T shirt no name tag or badge.
