Beds in the entire hotel are really bad...

After three attempts to speak with management at N Wichita Super 8, we will tell you about our experience on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. We were supposed to be in a non-smoking mobility accessible room. Super 8 had planned for our accommodation to be on the third floor. When we were told that the elevator wasn't working, we knew our 90 year old would not be able to walk up and down that many stairs. We were sent to a different room, room 135. Problems in room 135 are extensive, perhaps that is why no one replied to my text messages. Here's a list: 1) room 135 was a smoking room 2) the TV wouldn't turn on 3) the TV is being supported by a small box 4) there are cigarette burns around the room including the toilet seat lid, window seal and carpet 5) there was only one hand towel and two bath towels 6) the towel rack at the basin is falling off the wall 7) the light above the basin does not work 8) there is no smoke detector in the room!! 9) toilet paper sits on the floor because there's no toilet paper holder 10) the walls are scratched by what appears to be dog claws 11) there is feces on the wall beside the toilet 12) this room is past due new paint, carpet and furniture 13) the bathroom door stop is broken 14) the hairdryer is missing 15) the iron is missing

Looked like blood on the floor. Tv didn't work. Cigarette burns and water warping on counters. Smells like mold. Laundry room didn't work.

Nothing

I Did NOT like the overnight clerk. He lied over the phone and I explained in detail that i was traveling with kids and wife from Memphis Tennessee and was told to book and come on. We arrived Friday July 11, 2025. We payed online I called back again and spoke with front desk before walking in the door. My wife walked in the door and front desk tried to charge her $80 plus the additional $180 for the room. Then when I came in (he not understand) total BS I'm sharing pictures times and everything. This is horrible

Clean.

A lot of small items need repair. Holes in bed blanket , torn worn carpet. etc....

Came at a time during renovations being done, and my TV did not work all weekend.

No amenities I paid for amenities and everything here is broke false advertisement
