Woodland Inn and Suites Extended Stay

Property was dirty and had smoking on a non smoking property. Seen prostitutes hanging around soliciting people!

Room was very dirty. Cigarette burns in carpet and bedspreads. Black mold in the bathroom Mysterious wax like substance on the carpet, table top, and INSIDE bedside drawers. Some of the furniture reeked of cigarette smoke. Parts of the hallways smelled like weed. Bedspreads and carpets were visibly dirty. Food crumbs ground into the carpet and along the walls. Broken chair in the room. Walls were drawn on, with paint peeling in places. We tried to tough it out, but the more we looked, the worse it got. Ended up not staying. The staff was nice, at least. They didn’t seem surprised when I told them what was going on.

Convenient location, good price, clean.

Uncomfortable beds TV didn't work. Whole place smells like weed.

The staff were drinking outside the property, dog fight happened down the hall and a lot of arguing going on in the building.

They're wasn't any breakfast on any day of the week at all.

During my month long stay here, I experienced the aroma of weed and other illegal drug smells up and down the hallways. There was a lot of police activity and a lot of extra curricular activities by individuals that didn't even rent from the hotel going on at this hotel. I was uncomfortable walking around by myself while I was there. The mattresses in every room that I was ever in, were horrible. They were indented badly, some were lopsided, but all of them were very, very worn/used. There were cockroaches in many of the rooms and the smells were horrendous and when I told the staff, nothing was done about it.
