Fantastic location right in the centre of everything Really great sized room. Good shower. Great service from the staff Decent breakfast

The hotel is a bit tired but this is part of the charm as it’s such a gorgeous building Although it wasn’t a huge problem for us in March, I think the lack of air conditioning could be a problem as it gets hotter

Desayuno poca calidad solo lo huevos a la plancha recién hechos estaban buenísimos. El resto más bien mediocre.

The building is lovely. Old colonial style. It comes at a certain cost (leaking roof over lobby during heavy rainfall) but isn't disturbing nor reducing overall comfort. Big and comfortable bed in the room. Also the hotel restaurant which hosts local musicians daily. Live music is always a huge plus. Perfectly located in Puerto de la Cruz. Could probably use a system which allows guests to offload / onload baggage while checking in and out from rented cars tho. There's really not much parking space around the hotel so in my case - I just carried my bagpack from and to the parking lot for like 20 minutes each way. Which is fine by me but might mean accessibility issues for some travelers.

Breakfast offer could be a bit more comprehensive. Choise of pastry limited to toasts and sweet buns. Hard to compliment eggs/sausages/beans with any proper carbohydrates. So the breakfasts end up being protein heavy.
