The accomodation was adequate. It was clean, in a location that was accessible to the centre ville.

The electricity and water went out on the 3rd night of 4. The water came back during the night. We were told we'd have the electricity back by 9.30am of morning 4. That didnt happen, we were promised it would be back by 5pm. That did not happen. There was no one to help us. My husband depends on a nebuliser, for his breathing, he couldnt use it the night before, or the following morning, and definitely needed to use it by night 4. We had to move hotels, at our own expense, with no help from the hotel, or booking.com. We had a rotten experience with their phoneline. 3 different phonecalls with no resolution. 3 emails to the property,no response. I would absolutely NOT reccommend this property. It is a student accommodation, which they dont really tell you about. We would not have had a problem., if the property had been honest, and responsive. Absolutely disgusted

Electricity failed on Saturday 01:00 after fire alarms required full evacuation No electricity following incident as at time of leaving 36 hours later Reception closed . No staff to ask for update Security advised power back on at 17:00 which did not happen and no update Lights out in building and especially stairs making it dangerous

The location is great, In the center near all key places. The staff is very kind and very very helpful. The bad part is the hotel doesn’t have air conditionning, and as the weather was hot it was impossible to stay in the 5th floor, the staff were very nice and helpful and gave us another room in the 2nd floor, but it was still vert hot and difficult to bear the heat. There was a power cut so we stayed for 2 days without electricity, and everything in the fridge was damaged.

- perfect location (5 mins walk to Chateau des Ducs de Bretagne, 1 min walk to Carrefour) - spacious bathroom

- we could hear noise from the street but nothing major
