Convenient for to get all my meetings, while my wife and children had a great time, visiting malls.

The overall was good. But if you are there for a business and meeting, I recommend you to double with hotel meeting system. I booked the hotel meeting room but the audio couldn’t be sync with my computer system although it worked fine elsewhere. We have to conduct the meeting without audio system. The manager also accidentally over charged us more for an LCD screen renting. All in all, the room and service was nice but they are really amature in terms of business meeting matters.

The room was very spacious, and the hotel was overall well-appointed. Location was decent; not really walkable, but central enough.

Great location, fantastic staff, rooms are a good size and well equipped. Well located near dining and shopping venues in the Mega Kuningan area.

Really good location, comfortable room, clean apartment, very good service (though only until 10pm). Though the in room dining food is below average and we kept getting complaints from neighbouring rooms to keep the music down even when we were just playing the music off our phones.

One of the best place I have ever had the pleasure to stay. The staff are warm, polite and friendly, the room is super clean with new appliances - where the kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, spatula - pretty much everything you need if you ever need to cook (I mean they even have a whisk!), they also provide you with dinnerware, a toaster, a full size refrigerator and more. However, if you don’t feel like cooking, simply go downstairs and you can grab some grub from the cheapies to the glitz. The swimming pool is amazingly well kept and the kids enjoyed their time there. The room is really spacious. Breakfast was decent and kids under 7 get to eat for free, which is awesome. I will definitely return.

Generally great place except that music from next door restaurant kept us awake until 2.00 am.They tried talking to the owner to turn the music down but they did not succeed.The Hotel has to negotiate with the restaurant owner or else this will not be good for hotel’s business.
