Location: close to train station and not too far from the historical city center. The bathroom of the first room wasn't clean enough and the shower head was full of black fungus. I asked for another room and the problem was solved immediately.

Nothing in particular

First we got a room that wasnt cleaned properly (toilet wasn't even flushed 🤢). They moved us in another, smaller room, without giving the impression that they were too sorry and as if this happened all the time. Both rooms are face very busy street and it is quite noisy even with the windows closed. The furniture is worn out and damaged, and the bathtub is full of mold. There is no closet.

Right away I was scammed into paying additional taxes when my rate included everything. The staff would not budge and insisted I needed to pay if I wanted my room, and Booking.com is wrong. This rubbed me the wrong way and my stay was startled from the beginning.

There are homeless and addicts around the streets of the hotel and it did not seem safe at night.
