Sheraton Changsha Hotel

Me and my wife stayed there for 3 nights. Good location. Nice neighborhood with good choices of small local restaurants around and a shopping mall with brand names like Tumi and LV connected to the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Underground railway (Line 2) is about 10 to 15minutes of walking distance. The only drawback is the room is s little small even with an executive room. But the cloud lounge is first class including staff, food and beverage selections. I will definitely stay there again.

It was excellent!

Pool was large, clean fabulous. Hot stone massage was fabulous. Room service was great! Sheraton even delivered a beautiful birthday cake. Staff helped with taxis & restaurant reservations.

It was not so good that the pool was not in the same building and no good spa

Room was very clean and comfortable. It was decent sized (not small, not large) but the condition made up for any potential lack in space. Shower was great, high pressure rain shower with a handle head as well. Felt very welcome from the moment you walk in to checkout. Even though I speak both English and mandarin, the staff's English was very good so for American travelers, this is a good choice.

This is an ideal business hotel in a very central location of Changsha. Staff were very helpful and would have no hesitation staying here again.

As a single tourist, this hotel exceeded all my expectations but was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but certainly worth it. The restaurants on the property were also outstanding, but relatively expensive. The room itself was beautiful, modern and well maintained. No complaints whatsoever.

It's nicer than most hotels in Changsha.
