Everyone was outstanding. From the front desk to the "maids". Never had such a great experience. From Kelly Jernigan working with our administration for the rooms and conference room, to Connor Holleb, to Miguel and then Miriam...could not have asked for better service and accommodating employees, especially Miriam! Thanks so much for being "Home away from Home"

We had a weeklong meeting here with a large group of people. Kelly & Connor worked with us on the planning and provided support throughout the entire meeting. Miguel and Miriam ensured that our meals & snacks were convenient and delicious. And we never ran out of coffee or beverages. Local attendees and out of town guests were comfortable and well-fed throughout the week. It really made this daunting gathering a pleasant experience.

Our company had three days of meetings in the conference room including breakfast and lunch. Food, snacks, and coffee were plentiful and delicious. Our service team was fun and excellent...Thank you Miguel, Miriam and Kim for all your hard work and smiles!

Our company recently had our annual meeting at the Hilton Garden Inn Lake Forest Mettawa. Everything went so smoothly, and the staff were amazing. Our annual conference was held here this year and I can’t say enough good things about the service, the people and the accommodations. Kelly Jernigan, Connor Holleb, Miguel, Miriam and Kim were so wonderful! The food was fantastic, there was no detail missed during our stay. I hope we will be back here for next years conference.

From the time we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted cordially by the front desk staff and Kelly Jernigan, Sales Manager and Connor Holleb, Sales Coordinator. The banquet staff Miguel, F&B Director and Miriam, Banquet Servicing have provided us with excellent and very fast service. As soon as we make a request, it's quickly done from the conference room service, food requests, and other miscellaneous request. They went beyond their normal service to accommodate all our request. We appreciate all that they have done and we highly recommend HGI for your next meeting event.

Great hotel, very conveniently located. We loved the pool and I used the exercise room. The breakfast area was very good. Sleeping was comfortable in the cozy heads.

Cleanest, most well run Hilton Garden Inn we’ve stayed in. Whoever does the hiring should get a raise. The people who made our stay exceptional are Clark, who keeps everything sparkling clean and Carolina, who is a delight! She welcomed us and went above and beyond to get weary travelers served with effortless grace. Rooms were super clean. Beds, pillows and towels perfect. Front desk staff smiling and happy you are there.
