It’s clean

What didn’t you like about the property? I was disappointed with how my situation was handled. I was staying there with my kids while actively trying to secure housing, and after spending over $4,000 at the property, I was told I could not rebook due to a small incident where my child spilled juice and I used a small face towel to clean it up. I understand policies are important, but I feel the situation could have been handled with more understanding given my circumstances. Also, there were groups of people hanging around outside that made the environment uncomfortable at times, and I noticed staff spending time in guest rooms instead of addressing those concerns.
