Cheap and located near public transportation

there were people up very late right under our window, and because the lack of a fan or A/C we had to keep the window open.

The location and the fact there was always someone at the reception desk.

I like the fact that it was close to everywhere

It was dirty, there were some stains on the furniture

Felt that front desk staff on arrival had no empathy for travellers from very afar who had travelled all night, had no choice on when they arrived (about 8 AM) and made no effort or options to permit any early check in. Travellers from North America have no choice on flight schedules, they arrive early in the AM. Check out is 11 AM at Cabinn, they made no attempt to help until approx 2:30 PM. Not very welcoming feeling. At 2:30 the unhelpful desk agent's shift appeared to end, walked right past me in their upper lobby and didn't indicate I could check in as he/ they had checked in 2 other parties. Not a great first impression. The chairs in the upper lobby are extremely uncomfortable for anyone who has to wait for any period of time. Secondly, the staff in the breakfast room and the procedure for people not on their list is clumsy. I left feeling like I had attempted to cheat them.... not great. Unfortunately they are not the friendliest and had quite limited English skill when it came to listening. Other than that I got used to Cabinn. Temperature control in the rooms might be helpful, didn't see any air-conditioning. Relatively speaking, other than what I mentioned above, I was satisfied.

Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We konden de koffers kosteloos kwijt in het hotel nog ver voor het inchecken. In- en uitchecken was snel en moeiteloos. Dit maakte de ervaring positief. De locatie van het hotel is fijn en beloopbaar vanaf Norrebro

Het bed was klein voor twee personen en de kamer was over het algemeen erg klein.

Location was good, near the subway. The room was as expected, small but practical.

The bathroom was not clean when I checked in. The matress was dirty and there was a broken bug trap device under the bed. There were enough AC ports, but everything except the TV was disconnected when turning off the lights.

Hôtel très bien situé, non loin de restaurants, à quelques encablures du centre ville et à quelques pas du métro d'une des lignes principales. Le quartier est calme. Les chambres sont spartiates, tout l'espace est utilisé, il en reste peu pour se mouvoir mais on ne passe pas la journée dans la chambre... la literie peut paraitre de basse qualité, mais au final pas plus qu'une autre. Les lieux sont relativement propres. Il convient très bien pour un séjour où on ne recherche ni le luxe, ni le confort, mais un lieu simple, propre et pratique pour visiter la ville.

La salle de douche ! vraiment trop petite et pas pratique. WC+lavabos+douche : les uns contre les autres. De ce fait, peut-être, une paroi rigide serait plus "pratique". Le lite double dont le côté est collé au mur.
