"good value for money in an excellent position"

room was large, very clean, nice view, very good position free parking

no elevator (there is only one floor, but itiis complicate with luggage) parking rather small

Location is good. Views over Harbour are lovely. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

The fan/ventilator in bathroom can‘t be switched off and ran continuously until the entire circuit for the a/c was switched off. Which left us with no a/c. Bathroom was very small.

The breakfast provided at an adjoining property was so slow and chaotic that we didn’t go back after the first breakfast

great harbour view, v central, parking outside. nice breakfast affiliated with cafe downstairs. amazing welcoming staff

nothing..glad i stayed 2 nights to visit cape of good hope from there rather than a much longer drive from cape town
