Wonderful very friendly staff

The Staff is very warm, friendly and eager to help. The location is great

The Bed sheets were a little rough to touch and the Mattress too soft. Maybe the windows of the room should be left open for fresh air

It is the second time I have stayed at the Orsmaris and it's a super small hotel with good facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend . At the quieter end of Marmaris

Location good. Quieter part of Marmaris. Breakfast good.

Many stairs up to room difficult to carry heavy cases up these!. Used bottles in room fridge and clothes in wardrobe.Toilet seat kept falling off. Shower wouldn't stay in overhead fitting so just had to use as handheld. Pool area is nice. Small beach area is ok. Overall not a place we would return to.

I booked a room with sea view , terrace 3 months before my stay ! And when i got there they gave me a room with side view , with like 30 cm terrace side from the sea , which u can barely stand there not to sit or drink or eat ! When i talked to the staff he coldly said that he does not have another room with. Sea view and if he had an empty one he would give ! What about my extra money ?

It was a bit old in some parts (the toilet seat was broken) and didn’t seem the cleanest.

I would have loved this property if it had parking , elivator (4 th floor and carying bags up stairs). Bed's were good but very soft.

Probably because the price was so low - the facilities were very moderate. Was ok for 1 night, but would never have stayed there for longer than that.

The bed was far too soft, the toilet seat was broken, very dark lighting. Just a very basic room in a very basic hotel. The breakfast was also very basic.

Having spent a few previous nights staying in different hotels across Turkey which had hard beds, the soft bed felt like luxury. Good water pressure out the shower albeit, the shower was broken.

No elevator to top (4th) floor. Got my steps in though! Breakfast was always an omelette and i don't eat eggs so limited to cucumber or cereal. Restaurant service was mostly controlled by the boss so every time i wanted something, it was a waiter just pointing at the boss and saying "talk to him" who was mostly playing with his electric canopy. Shower head bracket was broken so i had to hold the shower. A/C above the door so can't control it from the bed if you wanted to turn it down at night, you had to get up.

It had direct access to the beach

The hotel said it had parking, when we arrived no parking was available. The room looked like it hadn’t been decorated since the 90s and was not clean. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The staff at reception were rude on multiple occasions. This is not worth the money
