Nice hotel close to the beach. Staff polite and friendly.

I agreed to pay 175 tl for a night, hotels.com informed me on this price, also in the confirmation e-mail it says 175 tl. Although, when I checked my bank account details I saw that the amount was 201 tl! Our stay was lovely, however the breakfast was a problem since our reservation didnt include breakfast. Service employees were all good in the restaurant but the front desk worker were hesitant about whether to give us breakfast at all. But my main concern is to trust hotels.com again. Even if it is about the currency, either they should update the prices fast or inform me both on turkish lira and dollars/euros. Otherwise I cant see any reason why I paid 40 tl more than the price I accepted to pay in the first place.

What I found most disappointing is the hotel gave a fridge inside our room which had some beverages and snacks in it. We opened it and assumed that it was free and comes with the package. At the end, we realised that they charged us for having the drinks and snacks. This is completely unfair, as we should have been informed when we checked in, that there will be a charge for having the drinks and snacks. Anyone with food/drinks inside the fridge will assume that its free or comes with the package. This was a complete deception. I had to at the end pay 80 lira for it. For this reason, I may not reuse your hotel or recommend it to anyone else.

Hotel was very nice and comfortable but male staff is something else.all female employees were lovely to us but most senior members were patronising and rude not only to us but other holidaymakers.

Lovely gardens. Clean pool area. Staff very polite.. bus stop to centre just yards away. Hotel has free sun beds on the beach....... only one downfall no lift. But had help with luggage.

If you want to wake up with the sound of the waves then this hotel is your best choice. Very professional hotel staff, clean and comfortable rooms and nice breakfast

A great location beachfront, good friendly staff and good food

i stayed 5 days in the hotel and was extremely happy by the stuff and their customer service they were friendly and helpful. swimming pool and the garden were amazing and provide a good relaxing atmosphere, the room was nice and comfortable with clean toilet that makes you feel you are in home. i was disappointed by the wifi strength in my room, the signal was too low and sometimes disconnecting so i have to go to the lobby to have a good signal, and i already payed for half board package but there was no option to chose what to eat from the menu, everyday there was a different selected dinner and i had to pay for any drink in the dinner even if it was still water.
