Green Nature Resort & Spa

We would like to complain as we requested a double room and they gave us twin, saying there are no rooms, the second room started to leak and we had to argue for them to give us another room. Also the restaurants used to close earlier then the specified times. We were not told of the entertainment of the day (we didn't see any displays) also the entertainment team would go round the swimming pool and only approach certain people and not once were we approached in our two weeks stay.

The staff do there jobs but to get a smile out of them is hard. The spa staff worked the best to make sure you are happy. They could do better with the line for checking in and out. Lots of people just walked right up to the desk and proceeded to check out ever though 5-6 other people where in a line to get service. The front desk staff did nothing to correct this and I know it upset the other 5 people in line. Internet is supose to be thoughout the hotel but it barely works in the lobbi.

The stay was comfortable and pleasing; The only comment I have relates to the room which should have been better in quality of equipment and furniture to comply with the standard of such a 5 stars hotel. However, I highly recommend this hotel and will not spare the opportunity of doing it again.

Ein schönes Hotel, welches ich weiterempfehlen würde. Saubere Zimmer und das Personal ist ständig dabei alles ordentlich zu halten. Nicht direkt am Strand aber nur 10 Gehminuten davon entfernt. Größtenteils englisches Publikum welches nicht unbedingt leise auftritt aber dafür kann ja das Hotel am wenigsten.

Vi har 9 gange været i Tyrkiet. Dette er ABSOLUT det bedste hotel vi har oplevet. Især nød vi den gode mad og at al mad/drikke var incl. så vi ikke skulle rende rundt med vores pung. Service/rengøring var også prima. Selvom vores værelse på 1 sal vendte ud mod poolen, blev vi ikke generet af nogen natte støj. Der var en del handicappede, men det var intet problem hverken for dem eller os. Der var også mange aktiviteter for børn. Og for unge mennesker er der også alt. Musik, dans, drinks, underholdning. Der er plads til alle slags mennesker. Det tyrkiske bad skal man bare opleve. Det er top service. Selv hvis man er en genert person, er der intet der går over ens personlige grænse. Nabo området er så hyggeligt med små soveneir boder og der er ikke langt til busser og strand. Så vi anbefaler det varmt. Prøv det - det er billigt og lækkert Mona og Jørgen
