Reception clerk was unhelpful. Furnishings were cheap. Drapes allow the light from the parking to shun into the room.

I wish this was a better review. We have family that lives a mile away from this hotel and we have stayed a few times a year for the past several years. We're always impressed with the clean smell when walking in the lobby and they seem to take pride in the cleanliness of the rooms. The beds (although are a little high) are comfortable...the showers have GREAT pressure and the breakfast is wonderful. Unfortunately, the past few stays have been different. One of the rooms smelled like smoke so we had to ask for a different room, but the biggest issue was the room key. Check out is at 11:00. I don't understand, but the past 3 stays they have turned the keys off the morning we left. We went to breakfast only to find out when returning to the room the key didn't work and we had to go back to the office to get it re-activated again. The next stay, we put some luggage in the car and the door was locked again (about 9:00 in the morning) and then yesterday we went out for breakfast and came back at 10:00. My wife wasn't feeling well and rushed back to the room only to find out that for the 3rd time in a row, the door was locked AGAIN!..which was an embarrassing situation for her getting sick in the lobby instead of in privacy in the room. They re-activated the key without much of an apology and then at 10:40 they called asking if we were checking out at 11:00 or did they need to put us down as a late check-out. Needless to say, we were gone by 11:00. We have always stayed at this location and have been pleased up until the last few stays, and for us, there are plenty of other hotels in the area to have to put with with the feeling of being rushed to check out.
