"Superb"

It smelled wonderful, very clean, quiet and comfortable

Staff was cordial, they could have been a bit more welcoming and friendly. Also out sign out in open areas to get pool towels before going to the pool sign is only out by the pool not where u would see it until your already in the pool or make them accessible

Nothing unique. Front desk clerk had me waiting to check in while she was on a personal call. Maid didn't have room ready at 2:45 the clerk assigned me so I had to take my luggage back down to get another room. On check out day the maid knocked on the door at 10:25 am and told me I had to check out right then. I told her check out time was at 11:00am and she insisted it was right then.

"Never Again…….Horrible"

There was a roach crawling in the bathroom in the first room. We were given another room that was ok but not what we needed. The staff did not speak, the hotel smelled like Indian food throughout the entire hotel. Service was horrible would not recommend or be going back.

"Good but needs some work"

Went to the hotel everything was fine nothing really to complain about only thing was that one employee at check in assumed i was under the age of 21 even though my i.d stated i turned 21 in 2024 and i literally had to tell him i will be 22 in a couple of months and he did not at least did a small apology. It is not a bad hotel but i really wish they tried to keep it up to date and make a lil more clean
