Our reservation was lost and we couldn't stay.

We arrived to check in with confirmation number and print out and found we were not in the system. After spending the day with family after a funeral we expected to finally relax. We could not get a room anywhere in town and had to drive hours to get back to our home.

Location and fact that it’s dog friendly is what makes me come back often.

The room was huge but ancient furniture. Windows don’t open. Weird new landscaping with huge river rocks makes it difficult to walk around the lovely grounds. Restaurant doesn’t seem as nice as i remember it … and it closes kinda early considering travelers mosey in till a bit later. Also odd that there’s are no options to dairy milk at the restaurant.

Fountains and landscape

Original room had a front door that had been damaged and didn’t close or seal correctly. We asked for replacement and received free replacement upgrade

Location

The spa is very dirty! It really needs a good cleaning. Unhealthy to use. The pool was full of bugs maybe filters need to be cleaned

I liked that the bathrooms were clean and the smell of clorox The bedding was clean and the bed super confortable. The room size and lighting , room temperature, It had a pool , I

The young desk person wasn't friendly. The hall ways neeed spray washed ( dirty) the ice machine was outside and it was very dirty . The room I was in didn't have privacy blinds, others across from you could see directly into your room. The chairs needed cleaned and floors swifted , hair on the floor dog friendly prroperty needs extra attention to cleanliness. Safety.
